The Legend Homes Building Process

Stage 1


Legend Homes will meet with you to discuss the possibilities for your new home. You can let us know what it is you want to achieve and we will explain our services and our building process.

An obligation free meeting on site will allow us to make a preliminary assessment of your land such as slope, orientation, views and site requirements.

Stage 3


We meet with you to review the Concept Plan and costing against your objectives and budget and take you through the options for fixtures and finishes. At this stage we will provide you with an estimated cost for your consideration.

A Preliminary agreement allows us to organise a site survey, soil test, planning report and concept design, for a modest fee. These plans are yours to keep. We will work with you to incorporate your design and lifestyle requirements into your home. Only when you are satisfied with the design will we proceed to finalise the documentation for construction.

Stage 5


This is where Legend Homes is unique to most other Builders, Legend Homes lets you choose all your selections at Pre contract signing stage, not signing of building contract and charge variations for the inclusions you would like in your new home! Selection appointments to choose Plumbing Fixtures/Fittings, Cabinetry Colours, Layouts and Functionality, Wall/Floor Tiles, Carpet, Vinyl, Window Coverings and Pre Start Selections (externals).

Our Quote will include a comprehensive inclusion of all your selections (we will also be clear about whats not included) and design. Once you have approved this entire stage we move onto signing.

Stage 7


Once you have signed the Building Contract we can organise Building Approvals and commence Construction.

You will be able to monitor the construction program, selections, contract cost and communicate with us during construction.

We can organise regular on-site walk throughs of the projects with you. If you change your mind about something or it is not quite what you were expecting we can work with you to see if we can incorporate the change into the project. We will be managing the construction to meet the material and workmanship standards that we have committed to achieving.

Stage 9


We want you to love your new home. Before we handover the keys we will make sure that you are happy with all aspects of it. We will complete a final inspection.

We will give you a Home Owners Manual with instruction booklets and servicing advice so that you can maintain the quality and value in your investment.

Our commitment to you does not finish when we hand over the keys. We will be there to attend to maintenance issues after 90 days, because we know that a house need to monitored. We’d love to have you recommend us after having gone through your building experience.
